Location is honestly the best for me, as it is just a 3min walk away from Wien HBF, the main train station in Vienna. This makes it super easy to do day trips to nearby countries and there's a direct train to the VIE airport. 5min walk away is the tram stop which can take you to the city centre in 15mins. There are many shops there at Wien HBF and also 2 supermarkets which is very convenient. The room was not big but it had everything I needed. Spacious enough for 1 open luggage (2 will be a problem). It was very clean and comfortable. No A/C but they provided a fan which is cooling enough for me. The kitchen is short of scissors; it was a bit of a struggle trying to cook my instant noodles, haha. The TV is satellite only, so that's a downside. If the TV could be upgraded, this accommodation would get a 10/10. Also, just a small preference, if a bidet could be installed to cater to Arab/Asian/Muslim guests. There is a paid laundry room in the basement. You can pay by coins or contactless. Check-in was seamless; you do it online on their 3rd party app. Once done, you will get a QR code which you will use to get your key card upon arriving at the hotel. Their WhatsApp number is very active; any questions asked will receive an immediate reply. If you need some cleaning tools or an iron, just ask the customer service on WhatsApp, and they will guide you on where to find it in the building. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Extremely bad experience staying here I dont think they clean the room because I stepped on broken glass and bleeding!!! When I seek for help from the hotel, they ask me to go and find the first aid kits myself at the floor, no one will help you after 4pm if anything happen, need to wait until next day morning!!! And I go with my bleeding feet to the first aid room they mentioned, its locked!!! In the end I just use my own sanitizer to clean my wound. The next day when I ask the reception their attitude is bad!!! She said i should just call ambulance, come on i just need some first aid kits send to my room! They just pass the buck and ask me write an email to their management only and of course, no one replied at all!!! Please avoid this hotel!!!

only self check in was discomfort since the number didn't work. the rest are good. I want to come back but still worry with self check in

It was a wonderful time to stay at SMARTments Business Wien Hauptbahnhof. The place is close to the stadium and very clean. We will stay again there in the future.

Easy to self check in. Everything in the room if you wish to cook.

Do not recommend ! Hotel price is cheaper than another same area hotel. But you need to own way or go train station locker to put your luggage after checkout time because their luggage room access card only valid until 11am for their customer. And totally no room service or change towel . Even rubbish need to pack and throw by ownself to rubbish room.
