Very friendly, clean comfortable room and easy secure off road parking

Very comfortable as always.

Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights.

We had a decent size twin room which was very comfortable and clean. The parking was easy plenty near by and a car park at the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly will definitely be coming back.

The most friendly of staff. The gentleman helping with the booking and also looking after my two guests was very welcoming and accommodating. Perfect for a London stay ! Close to the Common and easy walking distance to Balham and the underground to central London.

Clean Room

Had a lovely stay here over a long weekend. Near to a bus stop which was handy for access to the station. Great sized room with everything you need. Staff were always on hand when required and made up the room when needed to a very high standard

Nice, clean, well presented, and warm room and very pleasant staff. Balham has lots of options for dining, feels safe and is easy to get to, especially by the tube. The guest house is only a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) from Balham centre and tube. I have stayed here previously and will definitely use again.

The hall, stairs and room are all spotless. I love the decor too. The staff on reception are genuinely welcoming, courteous and efficient.

An excellent find! This was an outstanding hotel despite only booking for a one night stay. The room was clean, warm, comfortable with everything we needed. The building is stunning and the member of staff on duty was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet despite being on a busy main road. There is a bus stop just nearby but it is only a 10 minute walk to Balham station/centre. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Many thanks

Was lovely comfortable and warm but im a stickler for cleanncrisp sheets. Sadly the fitted sheet just looked old and stained. Time for new I’d say!
