The beds are very comfortable, the property offers secure parking for an additional fee, and the breakfast was excellent.

The entrance of our room was not as clean as expected. Reception was horrible. The phone in the room was working but certain numbers were damaged, when pressed number #8 no dial sound and couldn't place a call to our family members in another room. So texting was the only means of communication. The pool was busy, as expected. However we were looking forward to the hot tub. And to our surprise it was full with adults but also kids. We didnt get a chance to go in, but we can understand why it was full, the pool's water was cold unfortunately. Location of the hotel is great. Parking is not included with the room, but their options and fee is reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our Family had a great experience staying at the hotel. Room are spacious and clean, staff are nice and friendly, great location. Not satisfied to the pool. it’s should be close temporarily for cleaning cause lot of people used it.

This room was comfortable, and met our expectations. Our teenage kids stayed here and really enjoyed the location and nearby attractions. However, as part of the same booking, our overall experience with the hotel was affected by a serious issue in another room (bed bug). While this specific room was fine, the hotel’s overall handling of the situation did not reflect the level of care we expected. I would recommend booking through Expedia, as they were helpful and supportive throughout the process. Overall, a decent room, but the overall experience with the hotel was highly disappointing.

This is not a minor problem—it caused significant stress for our family, even after returning home. Unfortunately, the hotel’s response showed a lack of understanding of how serious this situation is. The compensation offered was not adequate and felt dismissive of the impact on our trip. I highly recommend booking through Expedia, as they were supportive and helped advocate for us when the hotel did not. Very disappointing, especially during what was meant to be a special March Break trip.
