Visited with my kids for mother’s day weekend. The hotel was in a great location. Close to clifton hill and the falls. Parking was not ideal as we had to park offsite which was a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was clean overall. The sink in our room kept getting clogged so little fixing could be done. I would visit the Vittoria hotel again.

Room was clean and linens on the beds were warm and cozy. The shower was excellent in our room. The pool was a bit cold but the jacuzzi was lovely. The 2 issues we had were the coffee in the room was AWFUL and the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The limited on site parking is very inconvenient.

Elevator sooooo slow.

For the past 6 or so years this has been our go-to hotel anytime we're in the Niagara area. We are never disappointed.

Always great at Vittoria! Breakfast is also tile best bang for your buck.

The ice machine was broken outsude our room and we had to place a cloth behind the noosle to stop the icecubs from coming out.

Amazing staff, clean rooms, & walking distance to Clifton hill. Off site parking is also close-by. Would definitely come here again for our next visit! 😊

Water pressure on show was extremely low. Had to wait 5 mins or so before flushing toilet for a second time if we went right after the other. Towels could be bit better. Only seemed to cover either top or bottom but not both.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was prompt and room was very clean. Walking distance to many local attractions. Two different parking options- we obtained onsite parking and it worked great for our needs. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend.

There was a lot left to he desired at this hotel VITTORIA, Niagara. The couch was so dirty, it caused me & my girlfriend to start itching. The water flow in the shower was very weak, plus there wasn't any hot water available to our room, #811. The TV stations available were very limited & of no use, because only advertisements were shown on the TV stations. The parking was also a low point, because even though parking spots were available at the hotel's grounds, we had to park some distance away & walk in the rain & cold, back & forth. We also observed other vehicles parked at the hotel for multiple days. So even after we shared our concerns with front desk, we weren't even relocatedbto another room, which probably means that the other rooms were probably the same.

I love this hotel! We had a coffee maker that didn't work and someone came shortly and brought a new one. There were a lot of girls at the studio because of a dance competition but we were at an end room and didn't hear girls in the hall.
