Checking in to this hotel was a nightmare. Access details at booking lwere sketchy. So we collectively spent 90 mins on phone to Wotif to confirm arrival arrangements. Despite this, had to wait in car outside for 45 mins before any contact could be made with property. Then, had to visit another address to receive keys. Extremely poor user experience. The apartment itself was okay but not so much as a teabag was provided and although we’d requested twin beds, had to make them up ourselves.
