I booked my stay at Ibis Hotel, but when I arrived I realized the booking was on Ibis Budget, a lower quality hotel next to the one I thought I was booking. Very misleading!!! Not happy with my stay, the staff was slow and unhelpful, left a day earlier. Will not use again
