Comfortable, clean and quiet but so close to the beach

Beach chic! Found my new go-to spot in Venice Beach. Make sure you follow the arrival instructions they send though. They're easy but I went in the wrong entrance, incorrectly inserted the parking card into the machine and lost it! Management were great and quickly helped me.

Easy walk to the beach!

Here is perfect for a family or group of friends. There were 5 of us staying. Comfortable and really helpful customer service.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Was worried before arriving about the AC, but it was easy to use and cooled the condo quickly. Parking is off-site but only a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend adding it as we tried to find street parking at first and it was difficult. Loved that we were so close to all the action on the beach but on a quiet and pretty walk street. We'll definitely be back!

This was such a fun a relaxing get away for our family definitely would stay here again, the only thing is we had thought we would grill some steaks but the grill was very greasy and we didn't want to clean it so we cooked them inside instead , but this is a perfect place to go be beach bums and enjoy family time

Super cute condo a minute's walk from Venice Beach. Hot weather but lovely to relax in the cool condo when we wanted a break. Great value!

The property is old on the inside and it looks like they don’t wash the sheets. And apart from the total price that I payed for the hotel, I had to pay an additional $75 for parking which was about a 15 minute walk from the actual condo. I don’t really recommend staying here.

The house was the perfect size for my family. Loved how close the beach was.

Pictures made it seem like twin beds were in bedroom. Not roll away beds. Also roll away bed wouldn’t stay up so it keep falling resulting in a very uncomfortable stay. Reached out for help but they didn’t come fix issue. Wouldn’t recommend

Its walkable to the beach, the property is very decent. Just stayed there for 1night for my son’s graduation celebration with the family.. kid’s enjoyed it very much because of the beach. Parking its kinda hard, but our overall experience is GOOD.. definitely, i will booked it again. The manager is very helpful and nice to accomodate all my inquiry.

Pantry not stalked with basics... salt and pepper, sugar (for coffee), cookware was dirty, linens had stains, coffee pot broke, AC broke (hot as hell!!!) Furniture has seen better days. Bathroom sink backed up......The only thing we liked about this place was the location. This was by far our least favorite Airb&b rental ever! Parking was HORRIBLE- and property manangement should be a little more clear about this prior to booking.

The location of the property was perfect, a quick minute walk down the street and the venice beach is there. We also ate breakfast at a restaurant on the corner right along the beach. Parking was about a 5 minute walk away but easy to access and find a spot. Otherwise the apartment was not the cleanest. We immediately used the bathroom upon arrival and the window in the shower was full of dirt and dead flies. Lots of tiny mosquitoes and a couple other bugs got into the apartment. Also a stain on the bed sheets when we pulled out the couch bed. No sponge for the sink so we used the dishwasher which leaked water on the floor. Overall it was doable I would’ve taken more pictures of the dirt we saw.

This is our third multiple-night stay at Venice Beach Vacation Condos to date, and there will be more. Special thanks to Destiny for answering our so quickly and providing beyond-excellent customer service. The apartment was well stocked with towels, kitchenware, linens, and its location cannot be beat on one of Venice's famous walk streets. Definitely a home away from home!
