Helpful staff who let us into our room early. Very clean, white and blue - a bit of a Mama Mia vibe. Quaint lift that has no safety door.

What a great spot to stay. Location is good, breakfast was great, spotless rooms and really nice decor. The staff were wonderful as well. They provided a secure location to park our bikes and answered our questions about bike mechanics and places to eat in town.

the hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean, everything works. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is European style. The hotel is located on walking distance from restaurants and shops. The parking is on the street and during summer time is hard to find a parking spot.

The hotel is renovated, clean,the matress and the pillow are very comfortable. The location is 5 minutes walk from city center or the coastside road. The room was small (single) and since it was behind the reception i woke up at 6.52am because of the guests coming and the phone ringing (propably this problem occurs only in this room).The stuff the day i checked out was very polite although the other guy the day i checked in frustrated me (i think it is absolutely frustrating to be a customer and to address to someone -worker,receptionist,anyone- in honorific plural and to take the answer in singular). Next time i visit Alexandroupolis i will propably book again this hotel(but i will ask another room)

OK stay. Breakfast unusual - no choice - cold buffet

Very friendly staff and reasonable value for money. Had various issues with my room not being serviced one day (apologies but no compensation, not even a free breakfast), unexpected breakfast charges, and guests and hotel manager smoking in the breakfast area which I thought was smoke free. Also I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that the guests can bring large dogs to stay in the rooms. (No, I am not talking about dogs for people with disabilities). My room was deluxe double but was very small with no balcony. The bathroom was quite nice although with minimal toiletries, consistent with their 2 star rating.

At the time of our visit April 2018, the hotel was undergoing a renovation which is almost complete. The hotel looks very nice!

Dedeağaç Merkez'de 12 ay kullanılabilecek güler yüzlü patron ve çalışanların bulunduğu küçük ama çok samimi ve fonksiyonel bir otel. Uygun fiyatlı, kahvaltı eksiksiz, omletler çok güzel. Odanızda tuvalet sistemi tam Türkiye'de evde gibisiniz. Otopark sorun değil.

Otel gayet temizdi karşılama güzeldi fakat odalar küçük , banyo çok küçük genel bir ses problemi var , katta konuşan yürüyen herkesi duyuyorsunuz.

Otel çok merkezi, temiz, çalışanlar iyiydi. 1 gece konakladık sadece. Kahvaltı ya da farklı bir hizmet almadık. Odada klima vardı ancak Şubat ayında konakladık ve yeterli olmadı, ısınamadık. Yazın bir sorun olmayabilir belki. Otopark yok ancak sokak müsaitti, park ettik. Kısa konaklamalar için tercih edilebilir.
