Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was awful. The receptionist charged me extra for my children even though I booked a room that accommodates four guests. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the “extra towels,” which made no sense. The worst part was that when I later asked the manager for more towels, I was told they didn’t have any available. So after being charged extra for towels, my family had to reuse my kids’ towels for the rest of our stay. The room itself was just as disappointing. Both the shower and the sink were clogged. The shower drained so slowly that the water kept building up while we were showering—it looked like we were standing in a small pool. It was disgusting and clearly not something that should happen in a hotel room. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor customer service, unnecessary charges, and unacceptable room conditions made our stay miserable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wanted to see the world cup soccer game in the lobby and they asked me to leave and turned the TV and lights off. I had to leave the premises to a restaurant to do so.

The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made the location very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment due to poor upkeep and maintenance. The bedding had noticeable stains, and the sofa was also stained, which was really off-putting. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been refilled at all, so there was no soap available during my stay. I felt disgusted trying to sleep in that room, it just didn't feel clean or hygienic. For the price and the otherwise good surroundings, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and basic maintenance.

Disappointing! The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (and only discovered when in the shower!), no water bottles in the room and only a single hanger in the wardrobe. The online check-in didn't work and the airport shuttle was never available.

The management staff did not want to turn the room heater on, the room was at around 50 degrees but their excuse was that I was the only room complaining, the they told me they had sent all the information to Travelocity for my reimbursement and the did not, staff extremely rude and not helpful at all, AVOID this one!
