Everything is excellent! Room is modern and spacious. Breakfast is adequate. It’s a family owned hotel. Owners are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Well-run motel on the side of a busy highway. Good stop on a long drive.

Wonderful little hotel, clean, bright and close to the city center with out the hastle. Good size room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a good assortment, both hot and cold and great fresh brewed coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Inside of the hotel was much better than the impression you get from the outside. Nice and fresh rooms and the breakfast was very good. Easy to park just in front. Negative things: No gym available, and this day, the restaurant was closed. Wasn´t a problem for me this time, but there are no restaurants nearby, except for fast food. I usually stay at hotels in town, but they were ridiculously expensive due to a congress taking place, and price at Nova was very competitive.

We stayed overnight at the Nova hotel in Karlstad while travelling from Oslo to Stockholm. It was an ideal place to stay overnight. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room including bathroom very clean and comfortable. The local area is okay however we went into Karlstad itself as we wanted to look around the town. It has easy access to the motorways also.

The owners were wonderful. They were so helpful and fun to talk to. Great breakfast included. Rooms had been remodeled and were clean and modern.

Very neat and tidy. Good place to get to the centre of Karlstad. Breakfast is amazing. Beware of sweets at the front desk :) :D

Easy location off highway and room seemed brand new!

Quite location in a residential neighborhood but too far away from the city if walking. Friendly helpful staff and new rooms. Exterior is a bit too institutional but interior is well designed

The hotel is much better than I expected for a budget roadside accommodation. Clean and comfortable rooms and best of all well sound proofed. The staff are super helpful - I had a problem with my vehicle and they went to extremes to help me find somewhere to get it repaired.

Really friendly managers. I got there relatively late and they made me some fresh sandwiches. Also, managed to put the football on for me and even helped to de-ice my car in the morning. Rooms were nice, comfy bed, good breakfast.

Hotellet ligger nära motorvägen och ser inte så tilltalande ut från utsidan, men fräscht inne, nyrenoverade rum med mörkläggningsgardiner. Vi hade rum mot bortre sidan motorvägen och kunde sova bra med öppet fönster utan att störas av den. Frukosten hade allt man behöver och personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående

Lyhörda rum. Annars ok vad gäller rent. Frukost lite sparsam. Vore bra med alternativ såsom laktosfria produkter.

Enkelt men prisvärt boende. Rent och fräscht. Lättillgängligt om man kommer med bil och inte vill in till centrum.
