Our third stay here, always excellent service and a very comfortable room We were met by Riya who welcomed us, discussed sightseeing then showed us to our room, a delightful and elegant woman Appreciated proper chai at breakfast Will use this hotel again when in Indore

Rooms in one wings are quite old. Not maintained well. Not properly cleaned. Carpets are old. Foul smell in rooms. Rooms not properly equipped. Does not justify Marriott brand and price. We had to request hotel for room change.

Hotel another wing rooms were not so good. Carpets are old. Foul smell, room cleaning not too the mark. It was not justifying Marriott brand. However upon request hotel changed the room which were better.
