We booked the hotel and paid for everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it looked deserted with all doors shut, all lights off. We tried to ring the door bell without any response. Then we tried to call the hotel without an answer. Finally, we had to find another hotel nearby. There was no communication whatsoever prior to our arrival at the hotel about its temporary closure.
