Good hotel and very good staff. No food available on site but hotel next door.

An excellent place to stay for a night. Easy to park, check in was quick and friendly,my room was beautifully presented, very clean bathroom,excellent shower.The bed was very comfortable, I slept extremely well.What more can I say? It was also easy to find.

Every thing was above what I expected for the price I paid

Breakfast was a waste of time , no tables clean , had to wait for every thing food wise

This hotel is very friendly.. Clean and has good quality rooms and breakfast. We really enjoyed staying here.. Parking is shared with the holiday Inn car park.

The hotel was a convenient stop over location for our trip. Usual budget hotel. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very bland. The one reason I won't return is the electric car charging facilites for the hotel (operated by Monta Charge). The price was £0.90 per kWh. That is more than any motorway charge point and much more than other Monta hotel charging points I have used before. I would have charged before arriving had I known about this Monta rip off.

Good parking. Clean room & bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Only negative was we scaffolding and workmen right outside of our window.

Fabulous hotel, stopped here a few times & will be back again Staff very helpful from reception, breakfast to cleaners, all polite & making sure your stay is well Room clean, spacious, was let in quickly due to arriving early, breakfast enough choice Great for town centre & also not far from iron museums

Despite a lot of work going on at the hotel, we thought it was one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Large room, quiet overnight, free parking, easy walking to Telford centre and good free breakfast. Would recommend.

Room was okay, shower area/tiles etc were clean but still dirty looking. Grout definatly needs a refresh. Breakfast staff and food were outstanding. Great overeall stay.

Room was excellent standard all round - equipment, cleanliness and comfort. Reception were very friendly and efficient and, with a great breakfast included as well, the whole stay was excellent, relaxing and very enjoyable 😊
