Interesting hotel design with a lovely pool area. Good service and attractive outdoor dining areas.

Stunning setting in wonderful grounds. Staff are super helpful. Superb pool. Only downside is there is nothing beyond the hotel walls in walking distance.

The property was good but the room was not up to the mark!

the hotel itself was great. impeccable accommodations and serine was beyond our expectations. only negative was the location as the conditions of the neighboring area was run down.

Horrible check-in experience. Our booking had mentioned free breakfast on Expedia, once we arrived at the property we were told that breakfast is not free and would be charged additional. Additionally, I had requested to do a surprise proposal for my partner, when I had initially inquired I was not aware that outside photographers were not allowed. I was made aware on the day of, and when I had asked if the Leela Palace had their own approved photographers they told me that their contract with the photographer had ended and nothing can be done further. This is completely unacceptable from a brand as large as the Leela Palace.

Beautiful property but you can see that some staff is not well trained in upkeep and at restaurants. However, our biggest irk was that we could not sleep well since rooms are centrally temperature controlled. Upon complaints, staff provided limited support or compensation.

We stayed at the maharaja Suite and i must say its worth every penny for the price you pay. Our butler rishin was amazing. He can sort anything out for you and is efficint and fast.

Really enjoyed the serene beauty of the resort. Very clean. At times needed to ask multiple staff members for items such as a menu by the pool.

Amazing check in with music, dancing & flower petals! We had a room with a lovely courtyard and daybed. Great B/F with staff eager to get things for you! Pool lifeguards were also amazing. Well equipped gym. Amazing fancy dinner at Mohan’s. Various free activities (yoga, puppets, pottery, dancers at pool ea night)!

Beautiful property - Grand and opulent. Love the water bodies all over. Our villa had private fountain and courtyard. Amazing mix of materials, colors, heritage, modern and water. And, add the ever smiling people to it, just simply beautiful. Service - Excellent. Everyone was so attentive & made me feel like a king living in a palace. There was a minor mis-communication, but it was rectified and they went above and beyond to made me feel good. The way they acknowledged & made it right was simply amazing. I would stay for the water & service there again. Food - We only tried Indian food there. Sukh Mahal BF was great, but felt few less items than Oberoi & Taj we stayed during the same trip in other cities. BUT, when I asked for a local dish that wasn't in the breakfast, the Chef made it for us in 15 mins and came out to serve it to. That compensated for everything else. Dinner there was done specially for us thru the barman after they closed, what a service, just excellent. Food was fantastic. We did Indian dinner in both restaurants. Their flagship Mohan Mahal decor, without lights and a water body in the middle, was one of the beautiful restaurant I've been to all over the world. Period. Food was very good, but could be great. It has a potential for a Michelin if they dial the food and service a bit to match the decor. Service was very very very good, but they need more training for a Michelin. Just some opportunities for improvement. Absolutely will stay again.
