Check-in on March 21st, 2026, for 3 nights in the Penthouse room. Hoping for the best experience for our kids, shockingly there were mice inside the room. On the night of March 23rd, we found 1 mouse coming out from the fridge's back side, running through the kitchen. The next morning, while packing our luggage, we found a lot of mouse droppings on the floor. And shockingly, another mouse was found inside the room. The room was 471, 4th floor of the building, and it had mice. This was a disappointing experience for our children. As a family traveler, this was the most expensive room we ever booked, but giving us this bad experience is not worth the prices we paid.

Akomodasi yang cukup menyenangkan untuk keluarga atau kepentingan bisnis. Lokasi kamar yang menyenangkan dan layanan yang memuaskan. Layanan resto yang cukup menyenangkan. Hanya saja bagi perokok, hotel tidak recommended karena di hotel dilarang merokok di seluruh ruangannya, termasuk larangan merokok di kawasan resto di tepi pantai.

Room is spacious and exactly described. Nice balcony next to the pool. Very good service. The only drawback is that bathroom is designed for bathtub only and no shower for washing, a bit inconvenient for older people to climb In and out of the shower.

Had a lovely solo vacation at Como. Staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and highly personalized the experience. Located in great neighbourhood with plenty to do. The prime beachside & surfside location means the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of other cafes, basr and restaurants. Highly reccommend for anyone looking for a luxe boutique experience in Canggu. Thank you Como!

Highly recommended! Nice Hotel, clean and the breakfast is so good. You can have breakfast with your family while listening the waves. Quiet and Relaxing Place, even I had my morning Pilates in the terrace, they provide the mat. The location is near the beach club such as La Brissa (in front of the hotel), the Lawn Canggu (you can walk through the beach to get there).

Very enjoyable my family and I stayed for new years for 5 nights, great services, clean room, and very responsive staffs, also easily communication via whatsapp services. We also had a great gala dinner new years celebration in Como Beach Club. Good sunset view, highly recommend hotel in Canggu area which the hotel itself is not crowded which is good for us to stay. Thank you hope we can go back soon.

One of the best hotels in Bali. It was located in a prime area in Canggu with its own private beach access and beach club. The staff was very helpful and warm. The breakfast was amazing. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and will definitely revisit.

It was great for check in, and they had prepare anniversary for complimentary for setting up flowers on our bathtub and specially made of Vegan cake and it’s delicious. The room has a big space and good balcony. Unfortunately, that's all because I found a cockroach in my room! The balcony door was locked! so that means they are not cleaning up well the rooms. And once I complained about the cockroach to the service lobby, they just apologized and didn't so something about it. Then their breakfast service was slow! I do understand they had to do ala carte breakfast instead buffet but please I was waiting for my coffee for 40mins! Food came 45mins later! If you choose ala carte, well please bring up the service although less employees. We pay for the service! The best hotel has the best service and breakfast not only rooms and view for 5 stars hotel. This service definitely not 5stars but 3stars!

It is never welcomed to have unwanted guests in the room and most certainly not our standard. I understand that the Front Office Manager offered to move rooms and to send immediately our third party pest control to do a deep clean. Knowing that you have only one night at the hotel I know that as a gesture of good will we offered a late check out. On a positive note we have done some restructuring to our breakfast service which has improved immensely. I am sorry that we disappointed you on your visit and while we got off on the right foot were unable to maintain that note. Rooms are too standard for millions rating, but the position of the hotel is strategic, the food is delicious and varied, the swimming pool is very large and large, the beach club is also very standard, but comfortable enough to laze around just reading books and drinking coffee. But so far so good!

The room fantastic.. we got comp upgrade to penthouse and everything was amazing..the food was healthy and tasted good. the shuttle service (mas Adi) services was excellent.. Como put itself into our number 1 fav hotel in Bali for sure

The location is amazing, right in the heart of Canggu and walking distance to Echo beach, famous beach clubs etc, and it also has its own beach club. The room itself is comfortable, very simple, and has a zen soul. Great hotel to get away and enjoy Canggu.

The room was not of a quality, furnishing, design, or comfort, that one would expect from a hotel of this class and price. The design was pedestrian while the construction material and quality was not top notch. There was no view to speak of. No central control for the lights. The feel, amenities and comfort was more on par with a regular four star hotel. On the other hand, the lagoon pool was very impressive and the breakfast buffet quite nice. The staff also seemed to be genuinely nice.
