Solid clean and quiet room near the main train station. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but hotel staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Room was comfortable and tiny bathroom worked out OK. Terrific restaurant just across the street!

Although the location was good, the hotel itself was small and very dirty, we found food and trash under the couch, and we were not treated well by the receptionist when we arrived. The only reason it may be worth it is for the location.

Bathroom was a decent size along with the room. Surrounding rooms were very noisy with a lot of timing and door banging. Good location.

I like the location very near to the train station. I don’t liked the room because of the carpet very old and looks dirty. I don’t like that the shower is only covered by a shower curtain and it wets the floor when you take a shower.

Great location, a 15 minute walk from the sea/old town and very close to Nice Ville train station. Breakfast was nice as was the room with a very comfy bed

Walking distance to local bakeries and coffee shops. Spacious rooms with good showers. Centrally located. Diverse neighborhood that felt very safe to walk around. Did not eat hotel breakfast. Beds were a little soft.

All as expected. This is s budget hotel, but great for that specification. Niceness located nearer the railway station. 10 minuets walk to there promenade. Would stay again.

Hotel is walking distance to main train station, main points of interest; felt safe at all times- in and out of the hotel. Hotel staff mostly helpful but does not volunteer info. As rooms do not have coffee machine, hotel could offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Overall, good value for the money.
