The hotel was in terrible condition and poorly maintained. The entire town is so humid due to constant rain, but the hotel is poorly maintained which makes it worse. Bathrooms had no ventilation and moldy. The bathroom doors will break if you don’t move it with extreme care. The rooms were smelly. The staff were kind, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I had to stay with kids, so we found it very difficult. We even skipped breakfast due to the smell in the hotel

Good staff, convenient location. Bathroom door needs to be fixed, when we arrive the window was opened and there were bugs in the bed sheets. A lot of noise from another guest in the hallway.

Check in was a mess. They seemed to be having a problem with their check in system and a lot of other people were also waiting to check in. Once we were able to check in there were no towels available for the room. The WiFi did not work for the entire stay. On the plus side they did have good "strong" coffee at the included breakfast.

Tried to get some rest in during the afternoon. I understand this is not after hours, but the maids were a floor above jamming to music sounding like they were having a party and not working.

Seems like a family run facility. The room was average; no where close to what is shown in pictures. There was no hot water for shower.

The bathroom was covered and black mold my friend and I got sick after leaving this hotel room. No one should ever stay at this hotel. Besides the health risks you put yourself in we had a room right next to the stairs with a giant window where every time someone walks up the stairs the light turns on. Also they own a restaurant next door where they blast music till 11:00 even when there is no customers keeping you awake at night when you have to get up early to get your bus from Machu Picchu do yourself a favor and never stay here

Room had musty smell

Basic but met my needs. Staff was nice. Up the hill but very convenient. I had a great time in the area.

Hotel was just what we wanted. They let us check in really early, around 9am. And they let us store our bags the following day as we weren't ready to head out yet. The breakfast was amazing!!! The shower was lukewarm - good enough for a shower after a few days on the Inca Trail, but not hot, hot like you might want. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel rooms are a bit smaller than what is seen in the pictures. The hangers had dust on them, the bathroom was a bit dirty, had a lot of black spots and the towel handle was broken. The bathroom sink only had cold water. The wifi was completely unreliable, at the hotel they said it was because apple devices don’t work well with their wifi.. The staff was very kind but the hotel should be modernized.
