Because we had a US phone number we couldn’t relieve the sms message on how to get in. Your company really needs to send out the codes via email as well for the travelers who don’t get the sms messages. Fortunately, as we were trying to figure out how to contact someone the manager was leaving and helped us get our code. This man was wonderful, very friendly and a real life saver!

Essentially stole my money. They said they would text a check-in code. They never did. I emailed the hotel directly a week in advance of my stay to ask for further details and to confirm that they had my correct contact info. No response. Expedia proved unhelpful in trying to get my money back. Disappointing, and costly, experience to say the least.

Breakfast much better than expected.

There's no reception, and while that may be great sometimes, it was bad for me. I had to go to another hotel's reception to get advice. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. The room itself not so much. The walls in the entrance to the room gave a very cheap impression and there were nail heads sticking out that you could tear clothes on if you were not careful. One of my two drinking glasses was stuck to the table in some kind of black goo. Under the bed I found some pills left by a previous guest. The breakfast was okay, but not what I expect from a hotel breakfast. No bacon, no eggs, no hot food at all. The entrance is hard to find, since you're looking for an entrance to a reception of a hotel, but all you find is a door that's labeled "night entrance".

Så fint rum, rent, mysigt och otroligt skön säng. Frukosten var super god och fanns bra alternativ och hon som jobbade i köket var väldigt trevlig.

Allt var bara lagom, inget var bra eller dåligt. Ok helt enkelt.
