Good location.

Nice size room. Good stop on the way from Stockholm to Ostersund / Are. Right next to the train station and the lake.

It was really nice and unexpected. Super nice staff. I think the menu and food were lacking but it was still a cute little vibe.

This was a convenient hotel for our trip to Dalhalla. The weekend we were there there was a car meet but the hotel did their best to mitigate any noise and actually the atmosphere in the town was really exciting.

Great hotel and comfortable stay - excellent location and they put on food after the concert in Dalhalla - nice touch. Tip, if you're getting a shuttle bus to Dalhalla you need to book this 24 hrs before - may be best booking parking this early too.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was really good, not very big but had everything that we wanted. A big free carpark, lovely comfy bed and nice bathroom and very clean everywhere. The American diner underneath the hotel was a great feature and definitely different. We did try it and enjoyed the fast food style, it made a nice change. Also breakfast in the diner had lots of choice so we didn’t go hungry.

Newly renovated room, comfy beds, very clean, heating in the bathroom floor etc. The staff was very nice and the restaurant below had good food and breakfast. It was kinda hot outside 25+ and the rooms were quite warm. The only bad thing was that they lacked AC but remember that Sweden is usually not that hot so AC shouldn't be a must!

Room was modern and well looked after. Good to have a kettle and fridge. By lake and close to everything. Good parking. Breakfast poor - food cold and not the best choice. Rooms could be noisy due to traffic but not a problem later in the evening. Room could benefit from a blackout blind.

Bra hotell som ligger centralt och nära tåg- och busstationen. Enklare frukost men det man behöver finns.

Ett hotell med dessa rumspriser borde ha aircondition eller annan lösning så att rummet är någorlunda svalt. Det fanns heller inga mörkläggningsgardiner och markiserna drogs bort alldeles för tidigt så solljuset strömmade in. Visserligen var det väldigt varmt dom två nätter som vi bodde där, men det är ingen ursäkt för att inte ha aircondition. Trasiga tätningslister på duschdörrar, och ingen propp till handfatet. Frukosten är fantastiskt fin. Mycket att välja på, och allt smakade bra. Det är läget på hotellet som gör att man vill bo där annars väljer man något annat. Om det funnits fungerande taxiverksamhet i Rättvik så hade vi valt ett annat hotell.

Över förväntan. Mycket fint bemötande av personal. Fina rum. Nära till allt.

Allt var bra. Vi var väldigt nöjda med service.
