What a little Gem. Everything was perfect. All the staff were so friendly and professional. The food was excellent, we had dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea. The room was stunning with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, everything spotlessly clean. Restaurant excellent but what really makes it an outstanding place is the service from every member of staff. I travel for a living and can tell you that this is rare these days. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and welcoming, no pretentiousness either. Highly recommend! Only slight criticism I have is that the bar and restaurant were quite cold when we were there but that’s a matter of opinion (we do feel the cold more than most).

Lovely hotel - a real gem

Beautiful room, super comfy bed! We treated ourselves to Room 3, which had a massive, spa-like bathroom on the upper level. Felt like a queen soaking in the bath! Staff were all so friendly, too.

I love this place. The most stylish, perfect hotel I know. Everything is of the highest quality, including the staff.

I travel a lot and i can honestly say that this hotel ticked every single box. From the friendly and helpful receptionist ( both of them) to the cosy but classy bar area, the exceptionally clean room with everything from macarons to a proper coffee machine with really comfy beds ( and I'm fussy) Very clean and beautifully decorated throughout the hotel. the breakfast was delicious. I can honestly say i cant fault a thing. Highly recommend whether for business or pleasure. I didnt get time to check out the gym but actually wish id arrived earlier!

Beautiful decor throughout, really helpful and professional staff, excellent food. Best nights sleep ever, I need to know where you get your pillows from. I read that a firm makes your mattresses locally and you can tell as they are so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

After a long trip I arrived and was looking forward to dinner in the restaurant - but I was told that I can't eat in the restaurant because a wedding is going on. I offered to eat at the bar or in my room but that was denied. I was told to look for something on the street, there would be many restaurants. I do not book a hotel at this price and class to be told that I can search something on the street. This is beyond being ridiculous.

Amazing hotel and the staff are absolutely brilliant

I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. A stunning building, stunning decor, every room is simply stunning. All the team are so lovely and welcoming and the food is simply divine. The rooms that we stayed in were so beautiful, clean, the beds are so comfy with such comfy pillows and duvets. I would stay here again and anyone searching choose this hotel it’s incredible.

BEST boutique hotel in West Yorkshire.

The hotel itself is nice. The room spacious and well decorated. Air conditioning control panel was broken and flashing all night long. Main hotel service was good, but unfortunately the experience was let down by the kitchen dining area. Very disorganised with too few staff. Not welcomed on arrival and unclear whether to order at the bar or wait for service. Food was okay, but very slow. You could see we werent the only people having breakfast who were getting annoyed with how long wait times were for pretty basic food. Overall i would say that the restaurant service has let the whole stay down. Would i stay again? Probably not.
