the property was very centrally located, easy walking distance to the beaches & the cathedral, lots of dining/shopping options. hotel & room were both clean and well maintained, staff at front desk super friendly & helpful. my only small complaint is the noise from ppl above us that kept us up for couple hours at night (not sure if they were rollerblading or what, but someone was going back & forth over us for 1-2 hrs after 10pm). i would try to request top floor if possible, otherwise our stay was perfect!

Location: Very convenient as you are in old town and an easy walk to the waterfront. There are many many restaurants a very short walk away. Hotel: Feels newly renovated. Had a suite with full kitchen, dinning areaand large balcony. Very clean and modern. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed to be in a locals area which was very nice as the closer you get to the waterfront tourists take over. I would certainly stay here again.

Very good property. Close to everything, nice restaurant, shopping, bars. Mathias at front desk was superb and gave complete insight about the neighborhood.

Perfect for a solo one night stay. Close by to restaurants and shops and pretty central for exploring Palma city. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff on reception were very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.
