My Points

We arrived late at the hotel because of an event, however staff were friendly and booked us in with no fuss. The room was lovely and we have no complaints. 

It was clean and tidy staff were very helpful we would definitely recommend staying there .

Great location but hotel room very dated. Was informed food on until 2145. Enquired at 2035 to find kitchen closed. Room clean but very dated. Lovely helpful staff 

Great little jewel in the heart of Shanklin, service by all hotel team were great. The rooms are outdated but clean throughout. Would say there is a lot of potential. Everything you need is a 5-10minute walk away.
Would I stay again... yes.

Hotel was in a very bad state! Dirty hotel, smelly very old ! 
Please avoid booking
