Great hotel!

The staff was courteous and helpful, the room clean and spacious for a hotel room here. The view from the balcony was amazing, looking out over the park, beach, great for people watching and sunsets. It's a classic beach-side hotel, simple but comfortable and close to everything in American Village (dozens of restaurants, shops, beach, and more). I really appreciated that it had free parking, even if it is limited (first come, first served).

Rooms are updated and very nice. Paint on the rust in outside hallways and doors would be an inexpensive fix and would greatly improve the looks of the hotel. We really enjoyed hotel, but hallways have an outdated, unkept feel

The room significantly exceeded expectations, boasting new and clean hardware. While parking spaces were somewhat limited and the reception area wasn't immediately obvious, the hotel's best feature is its proximity: it's super close to the beach.

The Sunset Beach Hotel is an outstanding place to stay! The staff was incredibly courteous and professional, and the room was absolutely on par with big-name brands like Hilton or Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. Specifically, I was impressed with how spotlessly clean the room was, and I was very satisfied with the shower (tons of pressure and heat). Throw in the balcony with the view of the beach less than a 5min walk away and I’ll be happy to stay here again. I recommend trying the breakfast. Though you have to reserve a spot the evening prior it was well-worth it.

Little Hotel right on the beach! Super clean and staff was super fruendly and helpful. Bathroom were amazing with deep soak tub and awesome shower.

Cleaning was good I just wish there was more parking. We got a hotel there and just sucks how we paid for the hotel and that there’s not parking for us. Try to expand more on the parking lot, other than that it waa a good stay at the hotel.
