Room was clean but it was very close to so many other rooms. I could hear everything going on with my neighbours.

Poor customer service from the start when I booked I was charged an extra £6 for a room with a window that it turns out cannot be used and couldn’t even see out of them they were that dirty. I paid an Extra £20 for early check in of course my own choice but to find the room was so small you walk around had to climb over bed to move around couldn’t see tv unless stood in toilet no facilities no towels. So instead of what was planned for the day we decided to walk around Leeds city centre and thought it’ll be fine just to sleep in but the pillow cases had black smudges all over and the sheet had what I HOPE was chocolate AllOver it, so we left and didn’t stay the night upon leaving I was going to speak with person at reception soon as I started to talk her words were yes ok your checking out!!!!!! No offer to rectify the situation or give us a different room. Safe to say if I’d of given the key £61.40 to one of the homeless they of spent it better NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE USE EASY HOTELS hopefully hotels.com can arrange me a refund. I wouldn’t put a wild animal in the room was put in

Small room but clean and comfortable

The lift is stinky. The bathroom stunk of cleaning product, like really heavily. I mean you can’t complain too much when you pay £37 a night. The worst was the guests on the 1st floor, loud music playing from rooms, disruptive guests, could hear someone violently vomiting. Doors opening and banging whilst closing. Uncomfortable bed, extremely thin pillows = horrible sleep. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at the Leeds branch ever again. Only picked it because I’ve had great experiences in the past in the Cardiff branch as well as London. These other branches have held my luggage for free and have also given me free early check in, very generous. Leeds on the other hands charges £5 for luggage storage. Shocking for me as a Londoner since I would have expected this greed to originate from London, definitely not Leeds.

Central location, rooms are spotless and quiet. Good value.

When we arrived and checked in I was given the wrong check in paper for another gentleman. At 1am we had people banging on the room door as they walked past. The room was like a sauna as the air conditioning didn’t work.

Clean and comfortable, good value. Nowhere to store clothes though.

Good location and fine facilities

Check in was easy. But the woman hardly spoke a word. “Room No, check out 10am” that was it Drink machine was £2.50 for half a cup of hot chocolate - ridiculous! Only one towel in the room Bed was rock hard Pillow was like a pancake There was a weird droning noise around 1:30am that lasted a good 20 minutes We’ve stayed in other easyhotels that have been fabulous. Not this one

You get what you pay for as it’s cheap however no hot water for a shower we asked but nothing done about it. Tv didn’t work. And the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on we both have gone home with bad backs. Reception staff useless when we spoke to them with regards to hot water in the shower

Bed is rock hard and you feel every spring. I dont expect much from a cheap hotel but these days I do feel you have to go pretty out of your way to get an uncomfortable mattress. I was also on the 4th floor which only has 2 rooms (and is poorly signposted for directions) and pretty much 0 water pressure! The shower was barely adequate but as it wa so late when I got there I knew there wasnt going to be much they could do and accepted it. Ive stayed in other rooms there before and its not an issue throughout the hotel.

Cheap. Peaceful & Comfy

Basic room but suited our needs. Bed, bathroom, somewhere to hang clothes. Nothing was too much for the reception staff, requested more pillows and towels and we had them very quickly.

Leaking toilet made noise all night (couldn’t sleep) … glass on toilet door loose feared it would break .. reception staff unapproachable and hostile … saw several confrontations during my stay. Very disappointed only plus point was location

Ok for one night, please be aware the room is very small for longer stays. Good location.

Disappointed. Rooms are very basic. No worktop to put small belongings etc. No glasses to rinse mouth. No hand towel. Nowhere to hang your clothes (unless you bring your own coat hanger). Fixed hanger for your coat. And a glass door and no lock for the toilet/shower. Not good. It isn't even you get what you pay for as the rate certainly wasn't cheap.

One night stay. Hotel exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable, central location.
