The place is clean and the facilities are very complete, there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, laundry and so on, the point is complete. It's just heating in a less hot livingroom. Then the problem is checking it yourself, which is not guided since the start of the order, so it makes me feel dizzy right there, but after contacting Traveloka it is OK. The most here can't be fussed because it can be fined 5000 yen hahaha

Nice hotel, but the check in procedure is kinda confusing. They should have sent an email instead waiting for a call.
