Easy Check in. Parking was full when we arrived, but Phil kindly let us know of parking bays which were usable on weekends without a permit. Clean property and good location. 30 degree weather so the air conditioning was very needed, and easy to use!

Had a one night stay. Couldn't fault it. The room was lovely and spacious with the added bonus of air con. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to local shops and the bus/tube station. Would highly recommend.

A perfect base for a weekend in London, off road parking was just right, bed was very comfortable with great pillows, the ensuite was compact but worked well. Tea and coffee and good to have a fridge to keep drink cool. Definitely would recommend this establishment.

Arrived early the room was ready. Easy access instructions and friendly host. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Parking was available on the road although there was 6 spaces outside the house.

Shower room too small to accommodate the washbasin but all worked ok.

Perfect location, everything was clean bed ws comfortable - really enjoyed my stay, would definitely return.

Great location, with parking, clean room with very comfortable bed and helpful staff. Perfect stay for attending an event the Roundhouse. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Martel Guest House was a wonderful place to stay. We had a friendly welcome and communication was easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a great location and only a short walk to the Underground station making it very easy to get around. We will be highly recommending to friends and family and will be definitely returning for another stay the next time we visit London.

Room was clean, a little dated but suited our needs, location was excellent 5 minute walk to the tube station.

First thing, the room was covered in black mold in the bathroom. Informed the owner about it and he said “that’s not mold” “it doesn’t come off” yet still switched us rooms. The room he switched us to still had black mold in the shower and faucets. A piece of the caulking came off and it was black underneath. Beds are rock hard and the “queen” bed we had was just two twins pushed together. Multiple dirty areas in the room when arrived.

Safe area. Nice room, wonderful staff. Restaurants nearby.

An outstanding value. We used the tube every day with no problems; not a far walk. Nice and quiet. Best of all, Phil allowed us to check in at 10am (flights from USA arrive at 7am), which is super appreciated.

Very good, ideal for a short stay as the room was quite small and therefore hot. Great transport links.

It was in an easy to get to postion from the national express bus station. I would always book again if I was going to wembley , the public transport to Wembley from here was fantastic and cheap.

Satisfatory experience

Our stay was great, the room was really nice and clean, Phil was very nice and allowed us to have a late checkout. Would recommend to anyone!
