Nice staff easy check in . Grounds could do with up lift few flowers make it more well coming.

A lovely friendly welcome from Michael at reception. All the staff were great. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The fan was a definite bonus in the hot weather although the room stayed fairly shaded too. There was some traffic noise but it didn't disrupt my sleep at all (room 16). The cooked breakfast was tasty and piping hot and and you could alter any items you wanted; really set you up for the day ahead. I found walking along the busy road, to the bus stop, with no pavement a bit tricky so better if you can drive here (each room has its own parking place.) Loved my stay here

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this motel. Spotless, great breakfast but it is the staff that place it above and beyond, particularly as a single female traveller.

Parking was good, right outside our room. Staff were very friendly and nice. There was a good choice for breakfast of cooked and cereal. The room was clean, did notice a couple of spiders, one small one in the bath which was easily washed down the bath and one above the wardrobe storage, which didn't cause any problems. The light in the mirror one side had dimmed. Very central to York 1/2 and hour and 1 hour from Bridlington. There is a manned bar, but on Wednesday night it wasn't open which was a disappointment. They only serve breakfast now, and the sign on the motel says that it has a restaurant which is incorrect. Based based right on a main road, traffic can only be heard first thing in the morning.

The staff at this Motel were very helpful and understanding. Due to the warm weather I needed to open windows however a group were smoking very close by. Staff tried to stop this but did not succeed. After advising I couldn't stay in that room I was relocated with help and excellent customer service. I would just recommend that they have a smoking area away from rooms.

Great parking,fast check-in with very friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. The breakfast menu is superb with fast efficient service. The rooms are clean, and the bed is super comfy and serviced daily and has tea/ coffee making facilities and biscuits. The bathroom has a large shower with soap and shower gel supplied. We look forward to our next visit.

First time I have stayed in a hotel on my own & I felt totally safe. It's a lovely little place. Room was modern & clean. It is pet friendly so i had my 2 dogs with me. Parking is great as it is right outside the room. Breakfast area is nice, plenty of choice, even has a cooked vegan option. Staff are helpful & friendly. I will definitely return.

Excellent staff and motel. Rooms, food and how nothing is to much trouble for the staff (especially Loraine) is a credit to the owners.

Room facilities were very good and clean all on ground level and you can park right outside yours, i had a friendly welcome and quickly recieved my key, breakfast was good with cereals and cooked also, checkout was easy too i had a very pleasant stay.
