Clean room, friendly staff, excellent shower, free parking. Beds were a bit too stiff for my liking and breakfast was not available though.

Suite super limpia y espaciosa. Perfecta para una estancia temporal.

Dirty, incredible noisy bed that you can’t move without wailing up people in next couple of rooms, sheets and pillows are smelly, very old and noisy fridge, etc…

Check in was different than what we are used to. Staff was not very friendly. We were given only one key. There was a coffee machine in the lobby that was out of service. Coffees were a little over a dollar. Lukewarm water instead of hot water. No usual coffee maker, cups or any of that stuff in the room. Only two large towels for a room with a double bed. It was ok but could have been better

The rooms were disgusting... My floor had long black gross hairs all over the place and also had a very unpleasant lingering oder that would not go away. They charge you to have complimentary coffee, not that we wanted any because that too looked disgusting. Won't be back

El hotel está enfocado a estadías largas de mas de una semana, al momento de llegar te obligan a entregar una identificación de identidad de todos los huéspedes (si no traen identificación de los demás que van contigo no te hacen efectiva la reservación y pierdes tu dinero), la limpieza del cuarto la hacen una vez cada 7 días y si quieres todos los días te cobran extra por el servicio (la basura y la bolsa de basura tienes que comorarl

Very bad smell at the property inside

Great service and location

Good mid level hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and the water was hot. I liked the walk in shower. The mattress and pillows were adequate. No coffee pot or plastic cups, you need to bring your own. Also, no free coffee in the lobby.

Excelente servicio y trato

It felt like a lower end hotel, even if it has the full kitchen which is why I booked the stay there. The entrance is secure I guess, because I ringed and nobody answered. I had to wait for somebody to exit until I could enter. Then I asked the attendant why he didn't open the door and he told me he was in the restroom. I guess it's correct, but it didn't set a good tone for the stay. So, no frills, and customer service is on the low end of the priorities.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have enough towels, and there was no safe inside the room. No glass to rinse your teeth. There’s a microwave but no plates to warm a piece of bread! Bed was nice!👍 Food options are great, we walked to El Cafezito, a cute restaurant that offers great food. The neighborhood is nice with friendly people!👍

Its the first time that we stayed in the first floor in any hotel and I noticed some drainage smell while showering. I don't know if that is common or not. Other thing is that there was not help with our luggage, I had to do 2 trips to bring my stuff from the car even though I used their dolly to help me to move my luggage. It's not bad hotel, just those 2 things that I think they could improve.
