Nobody informed me that there was gym, the access to the shopping areas were diffucult to access due to there are no pedestrian bridge to go across the boulevard.

Clean room

Staff was attentive, but the blankets in the room had stains, shower towels also had stains, and the mattress had rips… breakfast was cold and no flavor, coffee was excellent.

great breakfast, really enjoyed breakfast and kitchen staff was very kind. Air conditioning was good, overall, my staying was good. My only comment is that bedding looked old and had some saints, other than that, everything was good.

Cuando ise mi reservation pedi que las cobijas y fundas de las almuadas estuvieran limpias y fue todo lo comtrario , estaban todo sucio las almuadas y cobijas estaban sucias reporte eso al personal y me canbiaron de cuarto ,pero estaba peor también sabanas y almuadas sucias y la puerta del baño ni Cerraba , la Javonera del baño tirando todo el Javon al rededor del sink la Verda no me gustó sera la ultima vez que reservo en Este hotel si pudiera poner la fotos que tome de que tan sucio estaban las camas y las almudas y el baño aaa y no se diga las tuallas todas percudisas esas tuallas ya son para que estén en la basura no para que las usen los guesperes .y si tome fotos y video para reportar esto, por que estaba muy sucio cuando reporte lo del Javon al personal a un no ledecia de que avitacion y me dijo ooo si es de la avitacion #002 so ya sabian que no servia la javonera por que yo aun no le desia de que avitacion era a si que ya sabian, del problema ,jamas me volvere a quedar en este hotel asqueroso Lo siento pero es la. Verda almuadas , cobijas tuallas todo sucio.
