room was good for overnight stay , however it is let down by the pub restaurant , shocking food . Stay but don't eat there . Shouldn't be hard to do a decent breakfast but somehow they managed to present us with one of the worst breakfasts we have had .

Reception staff completely unhelpful due to issues with the booking which was/is just as much a HOTELS.COM issue as it was the hotel. Room was cold, dirty and broken. Food in restaurant basis.

We didn’t have breakfast but we were impressed by the complex, the facilities and the reason we came was the price. Premier Inn just down the road was £15 more expensive.

Pouring with rain and no one at reception, had to go to the bar where although empty, kept waiting to book in, then back out in the torrential rain to the rooms. Really needs 24 hour reception or to display a telephone number
