Amazing hotel . Great restaurants with strategic location

Staff were very rude, items in the room fridge were not cool, temperature adjustment not there, Biriyani was low quality Breakfast was upto the standards

This property maintainance is literally going down, there is no cleanliness and see empty food plates and some kind flies in the walkway. AC is not working in my room. I complained but no one took the any kind of action. I will definitely not recommend to anyone

The stay at ITC Kohenur was excellent, courteous staff, great amenties and well maintained.

The property was ok. The breakfast spread was monotonous..Its a good hotel for a 2 night stay and not longer.

I paid for 32000 Indian rs per day the hardwood floor was crocked , while walking on the floor . I share this with reserve desk but they ignore my request and did not do anything.
