Great place to stay. Close to Valcartier and downtown. We stay here every year with kids and friends.

Clean room

Good restaurant for the breakfast Clean and good side bedroom. All the amenities are there and good service by the staff. Very good quality/price.

Nice room and very clean

The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we indicated we did not speak French, he very easily spoke to us in English. The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant which we found to be very good and the wait staff was excellent. It was a bit of a drive from Highway 20.

Love the Double Tree by Hilton and I am happy they still give a warm cookie at arrival. So delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed my breakfast and found the prices very reasonable. The only complaint I have is the phone that was not working and one of the light was not lighting. When I called the front desk they were not very helpful and they didn’t send anyone to check. Overall good place and I would recommend it

Dirty filthy pillow was left on our bed from prior guest. Looked like semen and hair. The hotel replied with a breakfast which they thought was amazing. Stay away. Nasty staff who could care less about you. Front desk is a nightmare.

Very clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming

It’s a wonderful hotel with convenient location. If has free parking area for guests. We visited during Easter weekend, there were guests with lots of kids, and teenagers. We loved this family friendly facility. Only concern, the kids were running all around, knocking doors and ran away. They occupied gym (even though the gym wasn’t allowed under 16 years old). The room doesn’t have any complementary snacks. No microwave within rooms. The expresso machine wasn’t great, just a basic one. No options for “affordable” breakfast/ foods within and close proximity. We enjoyed our stay there!
