The hot tub was cold impossible to stay in it Bed really confortable

The staff was very, very nice.The family had a great time.We we'll definitely go back if we're in the area again

The location was great, everything was close and accessible. There were some issues with the room amenities but they were immediately addressed. The spa wasn’t fully operational for most of the time we were there and that wasn’t made clear on their website before we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

While the front desk staff were polite, the room and amenities left much to be desired. The room was covered in dust and the carpets had visible stains. Drinking water was not provided in the room, but rather they have over priced bottled water for sale in the lobby. On top of this, the outdoor spa was not functional during our 4 day stay. Upon check in, we were informed the heater was broken in the hot tub, but that it would be functional the following day. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, and the hot tub was frigid and unusable. Overall, I am not at all impressed with the quality of our stay given the price we paid and the reputation of the hotel chain.

Excellent room, it had everything I needed and more. Very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly as well. Will return again soon.

Spa wasn’t working, Very noisy, We had trouble with the fireplace

Bugs in the room(windows, walls,bathroom walls,shower…), cleaning lady in the room with very strong body ordor(had to spray the room down and still had the smell). Upon arrival was told the pool and sauna was down and i was going to get a text when it was functional never got a message. Sent 3 messages and never got any response.

All aspects were excellent. Location, room cleanliness, staff, fresh warm cookie, only minor downfall was their outdoor hot tub wasn’t hot. Minor complaint.

Our room was full of ladybugs, in the curtains, on the floor, in the bathroom, on the couch and in the Murphy bed. When we contacted the front desk, they were aware of the problem and simply said it was ladybug season…in February. Apparently, they go into the room heaters and come out when heater is turned on. The only offer was to have someone come and pick up the ladybugs. They eventually accepted to have us switch rooms. The new room had no ladybugs. The hotel should really have the issue looked into and not rent our rooms where ladybugs are a problem.

Everything was great. Very very comfortable. After this I will get some pillows online. The sauna wasn’t that good, a bit cold. Maybe wasn’t set properly. Overall… I will come back for sure!
