My Points

The room was a bit smelly on arrival. Reception a bit chaotic.

Always a pleasant stay. Rooms are large and clean with comfy beds. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Brilliant room with everything we needed. Food was fantastic.  Staff friendly and help ful. 

Room smelt of cigarettes. However reception offered to move me but it was to late.

Nice selection for breakfast, room was spacious and I asked for a double bed and they were able to do

Check in was good. Bit surprised to be put in a disabled room. Beds were very small but comfortable. Room was clean but smelt a bit musty.
