I wish the (Pool) had some water to drink.. once we got out there wasn’t easy to go back inside to get some. i didn’t think the pool was updated (no rails etc).

Really nice location but if u don’t have a car it’s expensive to get a taxi. Really nice food

We stayed only one night but it was a great place. The view is beautiful, breakfast was nice and included, and the room was clean. Staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again.

The hotel is outstanding and view from balcony is wonderful. Staffs are very friendly and kind. We planned to stay one day but extended one more day. Hotel is just a little bit outdated but well maintained. Food in restaurant was great too. Definitely want to stay there if we revisit Italy.

The rooms were clean, the staff was great and helpful. The reception staff had to stay late as we were on our way from Venice and things got delayed but she was very helpful. The view from the room was amazing.

What a wonderful hotel, beautiful room with large balcony and what a view. Everything is very clean, great shower and great staff. The restaurant for the evening meal was really really good! We even saw the eclipse from our balcony. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful mountaintop hotel, rooms with wonderful lush views comfortable bed modern decor. Restaurant on premise serving breakfeast lunch and dinner with lots of food and wine options. Outdoor pool in back. The host was quite gracious and even personally picked and dropped us off! A stellar experience!

Denisa was a wonderful receptionist, so helpful and caring. Hotel is clean, only thing we did not like at the restaurant was for dinner we were served meatballs which we did not ask for and we really couldn't eat since my daughter does not eat meat, but we still got charged for it. Just check your receipt, other than that it is an awesome place to stay.

We enjoyed the views from the holiday of lake Lugano very pretty. The food was very good and our room was clean and comfortable We arrived just before the start of the season so the pool was not open. The road up to the hotel is challenging as very steep

Very Customer friendly, very nice Christmas dinner, convenient garages. Unfortunately, Recharge station app did not work.

We had lunch at this hotel 6 years ago and hoped to come back and stay. We were fortunate to stay for 3 nights and had dinner in the restaurant all 3 nights. It appear to be a destination restaurant and we can see why - excellent food and wine list. The room was clean, comfortable and airconditioned - with a spectacular view of Lake Lugano. It is in a small village that is nice to explore.
