The apartment was lovely. Modern with great views in a very nice building. We were so close to the action of Surfers and so close to the beach. Had a great week. The only issue is having to get the keys from another building before moving in. Can be a of a bummer trying to find parking and the like but I am being a bit of a sook here. Nice place to stay

Hotel was in a horrible condition.
The room was smelling of cigarette smoke .
It was very untidy and disgusting for a Hilton brand.
We opted to book a different hotel and had to forgo the $2565 paid to Q-Stay.
Never book any hotel linked to Q-Stay.

Couch was broken.
No toilet paper! Especially during corona virus!

Great unit in a great location. It needs an update on sofa bed/ lounge and some more equipment like a DVD player in the lounge room. Needs a better clean of carpets and balcony etc . Bathrooms were very good and clean
