Very disappointing stay at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace. Before arriving, I repeatedly contacted the hotel regarding our booking and to request a cot for our one-year-old. Despite multiple messages via Hotels.com, live chat and direct contact, I received no response. During our stay, we discovered hundreds of ants in our room. My wife, alone with our two young children, was terrified, and ants even contaminated our belongings and food. The response was slow and inadequate. The most upsetting incident occurred when another guest witnessed three women searching through my wife's handbag while we were at lunch. The bag contained medication, baby items and valuables. Instead of treating this as a serious security issue, Guest Relations focused only on the sunbed policy, offering no real support. The following day, my young son's Crocs disappeared from the hotel beach, and again staff showed little interest in helping. This holiday was meant to be a relaxing family break but became stressful from start to finish. Poor communication, hygiene issues, security concerns and a lack of customer care are unacceptable for a five-star resort. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Room and the resort was very clean. Staff stayed on top of everything and were very friendly. Very beautiful location with beautiful rooms and a very nice outdoor pool. I don’t have kids but they have a play place inside for the kids and a pool area meant for kids. They have entertainment nightly for people who like to dance and listen to music. The food was also good. We only ate at the Buffet restaurant but it was delicious and had plenty of different choices every day. Was sad to leave. Would stay again in the future.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and every stay gets better and better. The staff are ever so friendly. The food is outstanding. True value for money. The beaches are super nice. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for sure.

Overall, I had a very good stay. There are a few areas that could be improved, but I was satisfied with the experience and would definitely return in the future.

Everything there was just extraordinary. The staff was very welcoming and they all did their jobs with smiles on their faces that was what stood out for me. The rooms and everywhere was always clean and the food was great as well. It’s a place to visit again.

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and my son enjoyed the water slides the most. The animation team is great! We, a family of three, spent a wonderful holiday.

This is a very good family friendly hotel. This is our second stay here and we will be returning again. The food is excellent. The activities for children suffice. The staff are lovely. Under the leadership of Yassine, they are all a great team.

5 stars – Perfect Birthday Getaway! We stayed at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She loved every bit of it — from the beautiful beachfront views to the relaxing spa and luxurious amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, ideal for a romantic escape. Truly a memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel is huge, with lots of pools and direct access to the beach. I was very satisfied even though I stayed for just one day. I’m already planning to come back with my family next time!
