I was greeted by a helpful front desk clerk who was able to arrange an early check-in, very grateful. The property itself was decent, some amenities like shower could have been improved. The staff all around were very friendly and the hot breakfast, was really good! Check out was also a breeze.

WiFi was inconsistent. I called the front desk and the staff were unable to help. It dropped frequently and prevented streaming services. Connection was weak. Rooms were relatively clean. Shower water pressure was weak.

It’s a fine place. Pool was closed while I was there. Bring ear plugs for the train. A good view from every window.

Overall, good. The breakfast quality compared to the price is very good. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it properly every day. The front desk staff's behavior could be better. It was not that bad, but it was not excellent either.

Breakfast station was great. Pool was under repair but we did not use it anyway. Staff was great and helped us arrange a shuttle to Banff. Excellent location. The train noise was not bad at all. Room service everyday. I would stay there again.

Should have received discount because pool and area were closed and I was informed a day before my arrival. I was excited to relax and enjoy pool.

A lovely hotel with breathtaking views all around. Very walkable to stores and restaurants and a fabulous coffee machine in the lobby. Only downfall was that the pool, hot tub and water slide were closed for renovations.

Stayed at canmore inn and suites for 4 nights and had an awesome time. The view from the hotel all around is fantastic. The breaskfast is amazing and priced extremely reasonable. Also the coin laundry is just $6 which is great as staying with kids for longer requires to do a load. The staff is very helful and recommends you some nice spots around canmore. Overall our stay was amazing and would definitely come back

Coffee vending machine available 24hours which is good. Body wash not filled in time.

Front desk was awesome. Location is perfect and within budget. We had to travel to quite a few places and this was the last before we flew out. Rocky Mountain bagel and Mumbai diner highly recommended - everything is in walkable distance.

Toilet was old n not working. Too noisy with train noice.

It was an okay stay, but would have been better if the property wasn't flooded after heavy rain. They could have given us a discount or free breakfast to compensate for the difficulty to get in and out property surrounded by ankle deep water.

This hotel is clean, but very out dated. Old carpet smells. Washroom is very small: to use a bathtub I have clamb over the toilet to close the door. Very ridiculous. Over all, our stay was just OK

This is an old property that expects too much from customer's pocket book. They should place a warning on their web page that freight trains go pass the hotel every couple of hours : morning, noon, night and overnight. No matter what any employee says about the trains, you still wake up when they go thundering by. The daily breakfast is a good value.
