Dee is amazing

We had a wonderful stay at this delightful B & B. Our host, Dee, was extremely friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting - and perfect for our weekend visiting family in Crowborough. Big thumbs up from us 👍

Dee was a perfect host. Comfortable rooms and an superb breakfast - “full English “ with home made jam and marmalade. An incredible garden that we really enjoyed. Easy to find and walkable to a good pub in the village with food

This is a lovely house in an area convenient to many local attractions. The hostess is friendly and helpful. The garden in the back is beautiful and an attraction in itself.

Holly House is a lovely place to stay - Dee is the most delightful host and her garden is just gorgeous. The room was perfect for my two-night stay in the area, to visit relatives and National Trust properties. A very comfortable bed, and hot shower. The breakfast options were excellent and set me up for the day ahead. The proximity (within easy walking distance) of a good country pub, The Red Lion, was a bonus for evening meals - highly recommended. I would love to return one day to Holly House, and enjoy Dee's hospitality and see her garden again, and recommend Holly House to anyone looking for a traditional bed and breakfast option.

Our two night stay at Holly House, was the best we’ve had for a long time, Dee the landlady was lovely, her breakfast was five star 🙏👌

A very warm welcome awaited us after a 6 hour journey. A lovely cup of tea and piece of cake were offered and we were shown to a most attractive, immaculate room with en suite. There were white towels on the huge bed. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were provided, together with milk and biscuits. We enjoyed 3 nights with the host who made us most welcome. The breakfasts were amazing and we enjoyed the warm hospitality which was given. We shall certainly be returning to this lovely house and it’s warm and friendly owner.
