Very basic hotel but the price was good and the man at the front desk was very helpful (and spoke excellent English).

Good staying with this hotel

I was given a room with a great view of the Imjin River and the sunset in the distance. Although it is called a hotel, you should consider it more like a motel. The room wasn't large, but it was fully equipped with everything you need, including a TV and toiletries, and I was able to stay at a fairly reasonable price during the holiday season. Since it is located on quite high ground compared to other accommodations in the area, it is a bit far from amenities such as convenience stores and restaurants, so it is recommended to stop by before check-in if you need anything. It is convenient that you can park in the underground parking lot and take the elevator directly up to the room. There is also parking available on the ground floor. A water dispenser with hot and cold water and simple snacks are located in front of the elevator on the first floor.

Jayuro Motel, located next to Q Hotel, costs 35,000 won per night. Only those in the know go there. The sign is barely visible, so long-term workers find their way there through word of mouth. It’s so popular that there are rooms available even on Christmas and the last day of the year. On Saturdays or special occasions, it’s 40,000 won, with an additional 10,000 won for each extra person. There are no PCs.
