Clean room rooms are updated

Very charming

Stayed in the family suite, two rooms and a tiny shower. Broken window held together with duct tape. Facilities were clean in the room. Very small and hot. Staff did bring a fan for one room. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There appeared to only be one lady doing her best to manage lots of guests. Breakfast was disorganised and not enough crockery, we couldn’t all have cereal because there were no more clean bowls. The location was close to a few shops and restaurants but these closed at 8pm or were fully booked. The riverside area at Petit Andelys a few minutes drive away was lovely to walk alongside the river and there were lots of bars and restaurants there. Overall we would unfortunately not recommend this hotel or location but would recommend Petit Andelys.

Really nice rooms and lovely shower. Great location as only 100yds walk to the centre with great bars and restaurants. Would visit again.

Excellent

The hotel was closely located to a restaurant, bakery, hair salon and atm. All is all it’s a good place for a one/two overnight stay, but the breakfast is not recommended. Reheated pain au chocolat in France is just unacceptable specially for 10EUR !!!

One night stay arrived late afternoon, needing dinner went into town. left early morning after a fairly good value breakfast

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to assist me, especially helping me (an English-speaking American) navigate the local area and get transportation to my next destination.

Petit hôtel à proximité du centre ville dans une rue calme. Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont très propres. Le personnel est sympathique. Le seul point noir est que les portes s'ouvrent avec une clé ce qui est très bruyant le matin surtout quand des personnes partent à 7h du matin. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux mais il n'est pas cher .

A part l’accueil à l’arrivée qui a été assez rude car nous n’arrivions pas à nous servir de la boîte à clefs, l’absence d’eau chaude et la fraîcheur des locaux toujours à l’arrivée le reste ne soulève aucun commentaire particulier; le petit déjeuner était assez plaisant et agréablement présidé.

Accueil mal aimable. Cambre "frigorifique", en mettant le radiateur à 28°, 2 jours n'ont pas suffit pour avoir un semblant de confort. Ménage fait après la première nuit, sauf le lit. Facture donnée seulement en fin de 2ème journée. Point positif : il y a une marge de progression confortable

Le lit est très confortable. En revanche l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans la chambre, de gros moutons erraient sur le plancher... A noter que la salle de bains est toute petite, avec une mini cabine de douche. Mais le lieu était idéal, proche de la collégiale où nous assistions à un mariage.

Chambre correcte pour le confort et la propreté. Par contre aucun accueil physique et aucune possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner.

La chambre était propre et bien agencée. Le personnel agréable . Le petit déjeuner était un peu limite.

L'information sur Parking faut clarifier: pas du tout de parking pour hôtel, mais des place parking sur le bord de rue.

Assez bien mais quand même moyen

Seul petit inconvénient les escaliers sont bruyants et on entend les arrivées, départs et passages toute la nuit.

Nous devions arriver après la fermeture de l hotel...tout a été parfaitement organisé
