Good stay, near to bus stand , local conveyance easy to get

Property was clean. They have internet though it’s not useful to customers. Every time you have to go to front desk and ask for password. They won’t share it with  you and enter secretly on your phone. I did not like the process. Food was good. Staff is friendly.

unclean Rooms, Dirty Cups, Linen, Towels Etc.

Restaurant “Tanatan” offers very tasty food options. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Very courteous and efficient staff. Overall a great place to stay in Kolhapur. 

Staff do not have sufficient knowledge on check-in international travel.
The Linen is dirty.
The locker in the room didn't work. They tried to repair it but not successfull

Don't give sufficient water bottle, only 500ml bottle for 3 adults and charging huge room rent .

Stay was pleasing, food was decent, cleanliness acceptable. Service was good. Value for money.

Stayed there coz it belongs to Ramee Group but it seems to be a old property. Considering current situation of Hotel Industry, It was Okay. But in long term management should repair the property and get it up to date.
