The location is convenient for easy travel to many places. The receptionist is lovely and has good interpersonal skills. The restaurant is convenient and opens from 7-10 p.m. In conclusion, it is very convenient and I will go back to use the service again.

The check in staffs were nice and communicative. The location is great, very near to the light rail and Townhall station. The room cleanliness needs to be improved (especially below the bed).

Perfect location, next to townhall and woolsworth supermarket, in the heart of qvb. The room is pretty nice, I've got the executive floor with balcony. Staff is nice and you can keep your luggage if you plan to stroll around after check out or before check in.

Very well located. Receptionist are friendly. Room is a bit small for 2 person since we have 1 medium luggage and 1 large luggage. Overall experience is good.
