I booked a room for myself, my husband and my son. When we got there, the sofa bed was not made up, we went to reception and asked, we got pointed in the direction of blankets and got told to make it ourselves. There were not enough cups, glasses or coffee in the room for the 3 of us. When we asked for more we were told to go to the bar. When the room was cleaned they did not remove any dirty cups or glasses, we took these to the bar ourselves. The absolute kicker was a notice in the room expecting a tip for the exceptional service - we did not leave one. Probably my favourite par of this experience was that we needed a taxi / cab. We asked if reception could call us one. They handed us a number and said we needed to call our own, we tried but out UK phones wouldn't connect, we went back to reception, stated our issue and asked again. The receptionist phoned the taxi, confirmed the line was working and hung up telling us to keep trying. In the end I had to go back for a 3rd time and beg. The taxi came in good time, but we missed our experience due to a lack of hospitality from this hotel.

Everything was nice and clean and staff was a carefully maintaining the place all the time. I loved that the snow tubing facilities just right next door. Also, the place is very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

My room was not ready at the time that had been stated. I also had noisy teens staying next door- when I asked for assistance at the desk ( on Friday , January 2nd at 9:45 pm) the girl working was dismissive and snotty. If I’m paying over 700$ for my stay, I expect some sort of professionalism from staff when I have a complaint( I usually don’t). The staff did little to help so I had to put myself at risk and knock ( on two separate attempts) for the teens to quiet down. Additionally, my tub was not cleaned each day… lint remained for my entire stay so I showered at the spa I visited daily.

The room was excellent! Staff is very very good. Amenities are awesome. I do wish I had a Mountain View. Had I known I would have asked for that at check in. The restaurant food is very basic but doable in a pinch.

I called specifically when booking to verify that there was a shuttle to the mountain, and they confirmed that there was! I even asked if it was convenient and easy to use, and was told yes. We did not want to worry about driving to the hills every day. It was only when we arrived that we were informed that the "shuttle" was actually a city bus and would take about an hour to get to the hills. The staff were helpful but did not exactly radiate warmth. One of them actually laughed in my facd at my poor attempt at French (I had tried to say good morning to her, maybe my pronunciation was off). Clean facility. Next time I'll find a place closer to the hills that feels more welcoming.

The small kitchenette was very helpful. Heated pool and sauna for a welcome relief after snowboarding all day. The gym was compact, but you never seem to get too crowded rooms or spacious and service was friendly

During my stay at AX Hotel Mont-Tremblant on December 27 around 6:30 p.m., I had a negative experience with the front desk staff. The service was unfriendly and lacked the basic customer service skills expected from a hotel of this category. I recommend improving front desk staff training to provide a more professional and welcoming experience for guests.
