We had an absolutely amazing stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Traveling with a young child can be challenging, but the incredible staff made everything so easy. Every single person we met was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay- an amazing selection of fresh food with plenty of options for the whole family. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. From the outstanding service to family-friendly atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations.

The property is clean. The breakfast buffet offered is worth it as there are many options and good food. The staffs are really friendly and provided a souvenir when checking making the trip memorable. The property has good parking options available.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Teuta. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. There were two factors in particular that made our stay extra special. 1. The staff: The level of service is possibly the best we have ever encountered. The thoughtfulness of the staff is something that 5 star resorts could learn from. Angela and Edi in particular were phenomenal. For example, Angela saw us filling a water bottle at breakfast and without saying anything brought us two bottles of iced water free of charge. It may seem like a small gesture but it showed an attention to detail that makes a big difference. If I could give them more stars I would.

I’ve never been given a room. They didn’t have one. I’m trying to get in touch with you to get a refund but I’m struggling. It’s unacceptable.

Sorpréndete la verdad el buen servicio y la hospitalidad del personal, particularmente Angela que nos recibió y nos prestó ayuda en todo lo que necesitamos . El hotel cuenta con un servicio gratuito de traslado desde el puerto hasta el hotel, para quienes no quieran caminar y llegar todos transpirado , igualmente siempre te reciben con un agua helada a la llegada . El desayuno también es muy abundante y variado . Definitivamente si volviera a Sarande me quedaría nuevamente aquí .

Hotel m a r a v i l h o s o!!!!!!!!!!! Sem palavras para descrever tão bom esse hotel. Vista de tirar o fôlego, roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Café da manhã incrívellllllll. Pessoas q atendem impecavelmente bem, gentis, prestativas e educadas. Em especial a Ângela, o Riseld e o administrador q infelizmente não sei o nome mas igualmente impecável no atendimento. Todos sem exceção são ótimos. Parabéns a toda equipe!!! Esperamos voltar em breve pois amamos Sarande❤️

Hotel excelente, com vista sensacional e atendimento de hotel 7 estrelas. Sempre perguntavam se estavamos gostando da cidade, se precisavamos de algo e se gostaria de recomendações de passeio e restaurante. Já viajamos bastante e, seguramente, foi melhor atendimento já recebido. O hotel é muito bonito, de muito bom gosto e tecnologico. Café da manhã farto e gostoso.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Teuta Hotel. The hotel is still very new and in excellent condition. Our Superior Suite was bright and spacious, with a very appealing interior. The staff at the reception were always friendly, took an interest in our daily plans, and gave us some great tips. As a farewell, we received a gift bag filled with Albanian products. While our stay was wonderful, one small area for improvement would be the breakfast. The breakfast room could be a bit more spacious, and the breakfast selection could be more varied.

I dintorni dell’hotel sono un cantiere, strade sterrate e salute e discesa ripide, complessivamente tutto il resto è al top ma sono indietro con le infrastrutture
