El hotel muy moderno, limpio y ordenado. El personal de primera. El desayuno le falta un poco de variedad en cuanto a proteínas (tocino). Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Hall de espera con cortesía en bebidas y galletas dulces así como bebida preparada de flor de jamaica. Área de sauna e hidromasaje falta mejorar limpieza ya que se aprecia haber sido usada por otras personas en las espumas de tina ya usadas y / o toallas dejadas en las dos ocasiones que solicité.

The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring.

Lovely hotel, a little north of the City. Great staff, huge rooms. Really good coffee at breakfast. The view of the Volcano in the pics must be from a drone, the best view is next to the elevators on floors 12 or 14.

This the second time we stayed on this hotel.. all staff are amazing… alway smiling and willing to help at any moment, housekeeping maintain the room clean all the time, Arequipa’s view from my room and next to the elevator was amazing… all staff at the kitchen was so nice.. definitely I will back again …
