The staff were all friendly, and it was very nice of them to accommodate our family despite the last-minute request. The surprise birthday cake was also a nice touch. I loved the room so much; it was close to the pool, and the hotel was close to the beach. One of those stays that will stay with you forever. Nothing tops this experience, not even my stay at The Dana.

Overall Impression The reception staff provided an exceptionally friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the majority of the visit. The overall quality of the stay was positive and well-maintained until the final day. Areas for Improvement The experience was significantly marred on the last day due to a serious lapse in housekeeping standards. A bed sheet provided to the room was found to have bloodstains, which was a disappointing oversight in hygiene and presentation. Conclusion While the service from the front desk was a highlight, the encounter with unsanitary linens on the final day was a notable downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Everything was good, however, the room soundproof quality can be better. You might expect some noises from outside when other guests walk by or chat around. It could be bothering you if you are a light sleeper during midnight time.

I have no regret of choosing this place for my vacation as everything is perfect and I'll definitely stay here again the next time I come to Langkawi. The room is super clean and I love the ambience. The rain type shower is so refreshing. The staff are so friendly- from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff, everyone serves with a smile. The location is great as well. Everything is just within a walking distance in Cenang. There is a free parking near the studio (the entrance can be tricky especially if its your first time since there are food truck stops nearby but you'll get used to it) nothing to complaint about and I'll strongly recommend this place to those who wanted a place to experience in Langkawi.

I have request room with one large bed and have stated on my booking receipt. But on that day, I received room with two single bed. I already complaint to the hotel. But they said that traveloka give wrong information to them.

I had the most pleasant stay ever here. The room very spacious, clean and tidy. Their staff also so friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Worth every single of penny.
