The staff is friendly, we asked for help making a birthday cake, and they were very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only suggestion is the bathroom, the cigarette smell is very strong. I'm not sure if there are smoking rooms on the 7th floor, but yesterday I asked for a non-smoking room because I had a child with me. However, the cigarette smell was quite strong. Other than that, it was okay, the breakfast menu was also good, and the facilities were quite complete. Thank you Hotel Ibis Style Solo

The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. Next time I go to Solo, I'll stay at Ibis Styles Solo. Thank you.

Overall, it was good, with only a few complaints. The sink drain wasn't working, which was quite annoying, and the shower didn't work properly. Please evaluate. The room was on the 6th floor, if I'm not mistaken, number 640 or something.

Given that Ibis rooms are quite narrow, it's best not to mount the TV prominently on the wall. Extra care is needed as it's prone to being knocked over.

I stayed here during Ramadan. The room was clean, the TV was digital, and the AC was quite cool, as I was there just in time for the heat in Solo. Breakfast was replaced with sahur (pre-dawn meal) and shared with the hotel next door. Oh yeah, the Wi-Fi connection wasn't very strong, but that's about it.
