Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've given this hotel a poor rating. If the rooms aren't soundproof, it would be nice to have some rules to keep noise levels down, especially in the hotel room area, as it can disturb other guests. The front desk wasn't very friendly and the service was lacking. The rooms were still infested with mosquitoes, and they weren't very clean. Overall, I'll think twice about staying at this hotel again if there aren't improvements. Thank you.

The hotel staff were friendly, with some issues, but they were quick to resolve. Some issues include the door not opening, and the AC remote control not being compatible. The room was clean, and the swimming pool was quite spacious and clean, although there was no hot water. However, the hot water in the bathroom was flowing smoothly. The lobby, smoking, and non-smoking areas were also comfortable. Breakfast options were varied, with fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel's standard ambiance. There are only a few things that could be improved: the parking lot was dirty and smelly, and the room was clean, but the sheets were still dirty. The TV looks like it's from the Majapahit era; it should be replaced with a modern one. But for this price of 500,000 Rupiah, it's worth staying here again.

This is my second stay at Bali World during high season. The price is affordable, and the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool. The atmosphere is also pleasant, relaxing in front of the pool or in the lobby. The food is standard.

The executive room is like a budget hotel room. The floor, room, and other amenities are not very clean.

The bathroom in room 3010 smells like sewage, every time I open the room I can smell it.

If you go to Bandung, the best place to stay is at Bali World. Besides its affordable rates for executive class, the service is also friendly. Keep it up.

Not comfortable at all. The receptionist was unfriendly. I couldn't check in until 2:25 PM, even though I arrived and waited in the lobby all morning. I booked an executive room, but the superior room was the first to enter. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, so any odors took a long time to dissipate. The bed was very hard, not comfortable at all. Parking is far away, there are two buildings. I had an executive room in building 1, but I was told to park in building 2. The food was not tasty and many of the items were sold out and not restocked.

The mattress was uncomfortable, the springs were very noticeable.

I've been a regular here because of the easy access, on the edge of Sukarno Hatta Bandung highway, close to many delicious places to eat, the swimming pool is nice and spacious.
