Strategic location, unfortunately my room has not been renovated for a long time, the carpet is old and dull.

Had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The sink was broken, and the shower didn't work properly. Finally, I requested a room change. Not good.

The carpeted floor of the room is worn out, the furniture needs to be updated.

Thank God, everything was fine. The food was delicious, the location was beautiful. We were very satisfied.

It's close to everything, but the only downside is that the hotel is located on a main road, so there's a lot of traffic noise. The service so far has been good and very helpful.

The hotel's location is strategic. The hotel staff is friendly and responsive.

Stayed at this hotel for two days. We got a very spacious room with a street view, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent, and the kids loved it. It's close to Jalan Asia Afrika. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink faucet was broken, and the water couldn't drain quickly enough, resulting in pooling.

The room was clean, but perhaps the building is old so some of the walls are damp.

We booked seven rooms for three nights and this is our third time staying here. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disaster. Despite the four-star rating, we were shocked by the appalling condition of the rooms. The toilets were stained and dirty, and the iron was old and the ironing board was torn. We had to request the iron, but it was only allowed for two hours. The linen was also quite unappetizing and a disgrace to my friends and family.

According to the price, the food is quite varied, parking is narrow and there are lots of leaks in the parking area.

The hotel staff was friendly and the service was excellent. We left behind a set of clothes. Upon confirmation, the hotel staff happily agreed to send them to our address. Thank you very much. We'll be back soon.

Great service! Friendly staff. Nice local & international breakfast buffet spread. 3 mins walk to Asia Africa & Braga. Cheap ‘becak’ (tricycle) to anywhere. Many cheap food available. Please try Alam Sunda & Ibu Imas for local food. Recommended!

My family and I were quite satisfied staying at the Golden Flower Hotel, but for my input, please fix the faucet in the sink which is hard to turn/open and there is a slight leak/drip on the shower faucet when the bottom faucet is turned/opened.

Slow service, food is not very tasty, it's a shame that only the location is strategic.

The hotel location is very strategic.

The food is varied, the staff is helpful, and the bathroom needs updating, as the faucet is worn out. Overall, the hotel's facilities are good for a reasonable price. I recommend staying here, as it's within walking distance of the station and not too far to Braga.
