My experience was extremely disappointing. I made a booking for Grand Lexis, but upon arrival, my name could not be found in the system. It turned out that the booking was under Lexis Port Dickson instead. The room provided was cheaper than the price I had paid. The air conditioning had problems, the jacuzzi was not functioning, and the toilet flush was also not working. This was supposed to be a special birthday celebration, but the entire experience was ruined by the booking confusion, room issues, and poor facilities. The service and overall experience did not meet my expectations at all. I hope the management will investigate this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, as this experience caused considerable disappointment and inconvenience.

I cannot feel the air conditioning at all. The room stayed warm throughout the night, and I couldn’t sleep because of the heat. Please have the air conditioner checked and properly maintained.

Hi! The stay was great. I love the cozy bed and foods. However, there was a cockroach in our bathroom and two baby frog in our pool. I hope they improvise more on this problem, thank you very much.
