It's good. The rooms are quite nice, the service is friendly, and the location is excellent. There's no buffet breakfast (perhaps because it's off-peak), but the a la carte options are delicious.

The hotel is strategically located, and the staff are friendly, especially Cindy at the front desk, who assisted with check-in and provided clear and detailed information, ensuring a comfortable stay. We highly recommend staying here again in the future.

Not good, there was no iron or prayer robe, and they weren't allowed to borrow them. This is the first time I've ever been in a hotel where I couldn't borrow anything. Unlike other hotels, where everything can be borrowed, this is the only one that didn't. This is enough for me to stay here. I won't be staying here again, because my vacation was ruined, just like the clothes I wore were ruined and wrinkled when I was about to leave. Thank you.

There's a Rp 100,000 deposit upon check-in, refundable upon check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The towels and some room amenities need updating. The hot water for the shower was lacking, and even at night, the water was cold. The room I got didn't provide tea, coffee, or sugar. Drinking water is available from a shared gallon jug in the hallway on the hotel floor. The breakfast menu lacks variety and needs to be improved.

When we arrived, the only room available was a smoking room, even though we'd requested a no-smoking room on the app. The room was a bit dusty, but so far, so good.

The AC is not cold enough so it remains hot and stuffy.

Underrated & super duper affordable hotel in the heart of Jakarta with lots of cafes around 😍 Didn't expect for under 1 million to get a bath tub, 3 beds + breakfast, kids-friendly decor (tents, dolls, etc.), and breakfast?! Worth it to the max. Late check-in because I just arrived in Jakarta at 10 pm, so far the staff are very helpful. The checkout process is also quite fast, there was 1 little item left behind but it was returned immediately soooooo fast ⚡️ Absolutely coming back if there is another event around central Jakarta.

I stayed 4 days at Grand Cemara. The location was amazing, center of the town, near Gondangdia Station. The staff was very helpful, cleanliness was ok, there were several options for the food, and I got a good price for the room

Recommendations for enjoying the city, especially Sarinah, Tanah Abang, and Bundaran HI, even Monas.

Air con is not cold, lights are not bright enough

The hotel is very clean and the service is friendly, check in and check out are easy and strategically located close to the city center, easy access.

I had small con roaches my first night but was accommodated to move to a cleaner room. Third floor might be better in general compared to second floor. 2nd floor hallway smells like smoke

This was my first time staying here. Early check-in was quite strict... the deposit had to be cash. The rules were all a bit rigid, in my opinion. There were fees. Other hotels usually offer free early check-in when upgrading their room. Less than 40 minutes early check-in costs 300,000 Rupiah.
